The 2016 round of the Public Engagement Large Awards Scheme is now open for applications to Stage 1. Applications can be accepted up to 4.00pm on Thursday 3rd November.
The Large Awards Scheme provides funds for projects which are expected to have a significant regional or national impact. We offer awards from £10,000 up to £100,000. All applications must be submitted through the RCUK Joint electronic submission (Je-S) (link opens in a new window) system. E-mailed or hard copy applications will not be accepted. Please see the notes for guidance for further information.
If you haven't submitted an application through the Je-S system before it is highly recommended that you liaise with the Je-S helpdesk to ensure your application is submitted on time.
The Large Awards Scheme falls under the Full Economic Costs (fEC) framework. Consequently FEC organisations can apply for a maximum of £125,000 under this scheme as the actual amount of money that can be provided by STFC under this scheme is £100,000 or 80% of £125,000.
