STFC Centres for Doctoral Training in Data Intensive Science

Following the recent Call for a Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in data intensive science, eight centres are being set up for students starting in October 2017. STFC will provide funding for 98 students. The 19 institutions involved in the awards are:

Invitation to bid for a Centre for Doctoral Training in Data Intensive Science

This Call is now closed.

Invitations are sought for a new STFC Centre for Doctoral Training in data intensive science, to commence in October 2017.

Funding will be provided for five new studentships a year for three years of student intake, so 15 studentships in total. The centre will be expected to provide at least an additional two new studentships per year over the same period from other funding sources.
