This year's Appleton Space Conference was held on Thursday 9th December 2010. Highlights from the day included a welcoming address by HRH the Duke of York KG, followed by an opening address by The Honourable Stephen McPartland MP. The 6th Appleton Lecture was given by Marcus Vilaça, Chief Scientist at INMARSAT.
