Preventing Crime: how do offenders get around measures (19 October 2007)

One of the strange things about much criminological work is that it ignores offenders' perspectives. In this talk Martin Gill will report his findings from talking to offenders and watching them recreate their crimes, about how they get around security measures. He will argue that if we are to improve prevention we will need to think strategically and follow the Secured Environments principals of crime prevention.
