Venturefest 2007

Rutherford Appleton Laboratory is the venue for this year's Venturefest. Venturefest, a free two-day conference, celebrates enterprise and innovation and promotes the commercialisation of new technology and runs from 2 to 3 July.

The event includes keynotes from Sir Digby Jones and environmental enterprise champion, Martin Chilcott, plus Venturefest Village hosting a range of new and different enterprise activities and exhibitions. There are presentations from fast-growth companies seeking further investment; how-to seminars for developing business; a look at what the region's Universities are spinning out next and a whole day of climate change and the opportunities it presents.
