The UK’s world class space sector supports around 68,000 jobs and contributes a turnover of £5.8 billion to the economy. The European Space Agency’s Business Incubation Centre Harwell (ESA BIC Harwell), is located at Harwell Oxford, one of the UK’s national science and innovation campuses. The ESA BIC Harwell is playing a key role in helping this sector grow even further by supporting entrepreneurs and high tech start-up companies to translate space technologies, applications and services into viable non-space business ideas.
