Education and training

STFC provides education and training to ensure the expertise at STFC is disseminated outside the research community. We also support people starting their careers by providing training for post graduate students in transferable skills and offering apprenticeships. We have a mission to offer training for students, academics and high technology companies and have an expanding offering of high value, hands on short courses led by experts in the field.

  • CASE studentships - STFC funds case studentships which provide support for research students working for a PhD in collaboration with an industrial partner.
