In support of the government's agenda to increase transparency of how public money is spent, STFC now publishes its GPC expenditure over £500. The data has been provided in a format that is regarded as an 'open standardised format' (Comma Separated Values) to ensure it is easily accessible to the general public.
The published data reflects how each individual item has originally been recorded in STFC's financial systems, and will not reflect any corrections that may be made subsequently. However, barring transactions that would contravene the Data Protection Act, the data is an accurate representation of STFC's GPC transactions over £500 in any given period.
