Public Attitudes to Science 2011 survey

The Research Councils have responded to the 'Public Attitudes to Science 2011' survey released on Monday 2 May.

The results show that most people believe that science and research make a valuable contribution to society and they are keen to learn more about it.

Commissioned by BIS, the survey is carried out every three years and this is the fourth in the series.
